About Me

Hi, I’m Paul - Personal Trainer and Coach

For over 15 years, I’ve been helping people break free from anxiety, self-doubt, and the cycle of excess weight, fitness struggles, and poor health.

I understand these challenges because I’ve lived them too. I once struggled with my own weight, confidence, and natural athleticism. Step by step, I turned those obstacles into habits that worked — and that journey is what fuels my passion to help others feel empowered in their own bodies.

That’s why I take a holistic approach. The best, lasting results I’ve seen with my clients come when body and mind are tackled together — not separately.

My goal is simple: to help you move forward with strength, confidence, and a healthier, happier life ahead.

  • My main clientele tend to be professionals over 40 or those in retirement, but as long as you can cope with the occasional nostalgia from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, younger age groups from their 20s are also very welcome!

  • Generally, yes — though my diary is a little busier these days, due to the new Dorking studio.

    My key booking times are

    • 7:30 /8:00 am (finishing by 9am), or

    • between 2:00–4:30 pm in the afternoons, Monday to Friday.

  • Absolutely — many clients juggle demanding jobs, families, and other commitments. Part of my role is to help you find realistic strategies that fit into your life, rather than adding more pressure. We start from where you are, not where you think you ‘should’ be. I also run group personal training sessions at the studio with set timetables, which can be an easier way to build consistency into your week.   • Not at all. I work with people at many different stages of fitness and well-being. Whether you’re rebuilding after a break, managing stress, having to manage other chronic health conditions, or aiming for higher performance, everything I do is tailored to your starting point and goals.

  • Small group personal training in the studio starts from as little as £25 per session, while 1:1 sessions start from £50 per session.

    Bespoke coaching packages — including training, nutrition, and lifestyle support — are tailored to your goals, so the final cost depends on the package and length of time you choose. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your free introductory session.
