There are different ways to get started, depending on your goals and lifestyle. For many, small group personal training is the perfect balance of affordability, motivation, and personal attention.
Small Group Personal Training

Based at my Dorking High Street studio, these sessions are capped at a maximum of 4 people — keeping the coaching personal while still giving you the energy and accountability of training with others. You’ll get specialist guidance, clear progression, and a friendly, motivating environment — all at a lower cost than 1-to-1 training.

Before joining, we’ll start with a consultation and a biomechanics and lifestyle assessment to make sure the training is right for you. From there, you’ll have access to my booking system to secure your place in the Group PT sessions. Here’s the current timetable:

1-1 & 1-2 Personal Training
If you value privacy, focused attention, and the freedom to progress at your own pace, 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 coaching is designed for you. These sessions give you space to absorb, learn, and focus entirely on building confidence while progressing at a pace that suits you. I offer both Dorking studio-based personal training and in-home visits across the Surrey Hills — with times reserved specifically for these private sessions.
What you can expect:
Personalised programming – every session tailored to your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals
Focused coaching – all of my attention is on you (or you and a training partner) to accelerate progress and keep you safe.
Ideal for confidence building – train at your pace, free from any anxiety of a group setting.
In-home personal training – available across Dorking & the Surrey Hills (typically 7.30am or 8.00am in the mornings, or 2.00pm and 3.30pm in the afternoons, Mon–Fri)
Dorking studio-based personal training – available at 11.00am, 2.00pm, 3.30pm, or 5.00pm (Mon–Fri)
Ongoing support – clear progression tracking, accountability, and adjustments as you improve.
Nutrition & lifestyle integration – combine with coaching for targeted goals such as weight loss, strength, or chronic health improvement.
Many of my clients start here to build confidence before joining other people in small group training.

I know how frustrating it can feel when your body doesn’t respond the way it used to. Maybe exercise feels harder than it should — your breathing struggles to keep up, or stiff joints and weaker muscles hold you back. Perhaps you’re over 40, and changes in age, lifestyle, or health mean you no longer feel at ease in your own skin. Life has shifted — and so has your body.
Let’s be honest - exercise alone isn’t enough. You can move more, lift heavier, or run faster, but without understanding and applying the right nutrition and lifestyle strategies, results are often slow, temporary, or frustrating.
