    Come and join our Meadowbank Dorking outdoor fitness group sessions

We’re a small, friendly outdoor group in Dorking that meets twice a week at Meadowbank:

  • Mondays – 6:30pm

  • Fridays – 6:30am

Sessions are 45 minutes and focus on general fitness and enjoyment, rather than personalised coaching or technical skill development.

I started these sessions back in 2015 when I launched Revitalise Fitness. They’ve continued ever since — on a smaller, more intentional timetable.

Who these sessions are for

These sessions are ideal if you:

  • Enjoy training outdoors and fresh air

  • Want a social, energising workout

  • Are looking to maintain fitness, stamina and strength

  • Like variety without over-complication

  • Are happy with non-personalised group exercise

These sessions are not designed for:

  • Unmanaged injuries or rehabilitation

  • Detailed technique correction

  • Personalised programming

  • Rapid body transformation goals

What we do

Our outdoor group fitness sessions are designed to keep training varied and enjoyable. These include:

  • Circuit training

  • Boxercise

  • Simple HIIT formats

  • Bodyweight resistance and core work

Occasionally we get a bit muddy — bootcamp-style — but the emphasis is always on movement, energy and enjoyment, rather than punishment. Above all, it’s about getting outside, moving well, and feeling better for it.

Small Group Personal Training in Dorking

For those who want more structure, coaching and progression than our general outdoor fitness sessions, I also offer Small Group Personal Training in Dorking

Meet Paul to discuss joining our SGPT sessions

These early-morning sessions run:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • 6:15am – 7:30am

  • Maximum of 4 people per group

Training is fully personalised within the group and focuses on:

  • Strength and conditioning using free weights

  • Kettlebell training

  • Muscular endurance circuits

  • Concept2 rowing-based sessions (including learn to row)

Each session is tailored to individual ability, with attention given to posture, joint considerations and appropriate progressions.

Pricing:

  • £250 for 10 sessions (usable within 3 months)

  • £30 ad hoc (subject to availability)
